Description:
Midwest-based Donohue & Associates, Inc., a preferred provider of water and wastewater engineering services, is seeking a senior operations specialist with at least 10 years of water/wastewater operations experience to add to its growing staff.
This position involves working within the construction and operations and maintenance side of water and wastewater treatment plant upgrades, including providing construction observation, troubleshooting, startup and training, including O&M work such as preparing Standard Operating Procedures. Project will involve coordination with office staff for review of submittals, RFIs, etc.

Requirements
5+ years of operations and/or hands-on utility management experience in the water/wastewater industry
-Operator certification
-Travel to sites
-Must have excellent communication, client, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment across multiple offices.
-Proficiency in MS Office
