• Wastewater Treatment Evaluations – Donohue will analyze treatment needs on the basis of wastewater characteristics and effluent requirements and recommend improvements. We are particularly strong in operations optimization, which can often reduce or eliminate the need for major capital upgrades.

• Wastewater Treatability Studies – Our capabilities range from complicated engineering-based empirical kinetic analyses, to conducting conventional biological treatability studies, to bench- and pilot-scale studies of chemical and physical treatment technologies.

• Wastewater Characterization Studies – An integral part of pre-design efforts, these studies aid in defining wastewater sources, flows, and contributions to pollutant loadings, and streamline the treatment selection and design process and support development of the lowest cost options.

• Wastewater Treatment System Design – Our designs treat many types of wastewater containing inorganic and organic chemicals utilizing biological, physical, and/or chemical treatment processes. Many of these facilities were designed to allow reclamation/reuse of the treated water as cooling or other process water.

• Design-Build of Wastewater Systems - We have the capabilities to take a project from the conceptual stage through design, construction, and startup.
